First Time Home Buyers Program
The Living Well Foundation believes that every employee deserves to have a home of their own. Our foundation is committed to helping an employee save for and eventually purchase their home through a grant program.
Program Guidelines
Eligibility
- Employees must be full-time or part-time
- Employees must be first-time home buyers
- Employees must be employed for at least 6 months
- Employees must be in good standing with the company
- Employees must meet a charitable class guideline: Employees whose hourly rate exceeds $28.85 are not eligible
How the Program Works
- Employees are eligible to receive a grant up to $3,000 to assist with the purchase of their home.
- Funds will be paid directly to an approved mortgage company of your choice at the time of closing. A closing statement is required to be submitted to our foundation prior to closing.
